Remote Support
Get help with common computer problems without leaving home. We can remotely connect to your computer with your permission to troubleshoot and diagnose issues like slow performance, hardware-related problems, Windows errors, email problems, printers, browsers, updates, OneDrive, and other everyday tech issues.
Remote Home Network Review
We’ll securely connect to one of your computers, with your permission, to review your router or mesh system, internet speeds, and common network issues. We’ll then provide clear recommendations to improve Wi-Fi coverage, performance, and reliability.

New Computer Setup
Make getting a new computer easy. We can help set up your new Windows PC, move your personal files, configure email and browsers, install common programs, connect your printer, run updates, and make sure everything is ready to use.
Onsite Home Network Review
Ideal for larger or multi-story homes. We’ll visit your home to test Wi-Fi performance, evaluate router or mesh placement, identify weak coverage areas, and recommend practical improvements for a faster and more reliable home network.
(Travel is charged at $0.76 per mile round-trip, with the first 10 miles included).
